Code of Conduct-R.I.S./Rules of Engagement

Rules of Engagement:

1. Eye Protection must be worn on field at all times

2. Call your hits. Always call your hits.

3. Stay in the AO and/or act in regard to the Scenario/Operation

4. Ammunition restrictions: Operators should be restriced to 400 rounds on person (single hi cap or multiple mid/low-cap). SAW or LMG gunners up to 1500 rounds by hi-cap or box magazine.

5. Weapon Class FPS and engagement limits (.20 gram bb's):

a. Rifle/Primary Weapon: limit 420 fps. Minimum engagement 30 ft
b. Pistols/Secondary Weapon: limit 320 fps. Minimum engagement 10 ft.
c. LMG or SAW: same as Primary. Special rules: burst fire only while moving. Full auto only when prone or secured position.
d. Sniper: limit 550 fps. Minimum engagement 75 ft.

6. Surrenders and Parlays: Operators that can engage an enemy who has not seen them and is inside weapon engagement limits should invoke the "surrender" rule. The operator calls out "surrender or I'll fire". The victim has the choice to surrender to spawn or turn and fight.

If an operator surrenders more than one opposing team members the limit is 3. If a 4th opposition team member is present the surrendering opperator calls himself out as well. This simulates the strong possibility the opperator would not kill all of the opposing team without being hit himself.

Parlay: If two opposing operators come across each other inside of engagement mimimums, invoke a "parlay" where both operators agree to move back 25 ft and re-engage.

7. Other scenario/Op rules must be discussed at the beginning of the game or are forfeit.

Code of Conduct-R.I.S

1. RESPECT

Key in having fun and enjoyable game days for all involved. Operators will be expected to treat ALL other players/teams with the same respect
that they give to members of their own team. No matter the circumstances, situation, or individual involved.

2. INTEGRITY

Airsoft can never be a fully competitive sport. The fact that you can’t physically tell if you hit your opponent in most cases makes the previous statement true.

Competition can be achieved with Airsoft, but only if all people involved have a
similar level of integrity when it comes to the game rules.

If we are to achieve victory, we will do it with training, tactics, and teamwork; not by cheating. So in order to win with teamwork or tactics it is vital that all operators play with honesty.

If you are shot, no matter how light it might feel you MUST call it. If you see another operator take a hit that he might not have felt, it is your duty to let him know.

3. SAFETY

Operators will be expected to make safety a top priority. This includes personal safety, and the safety of all other participants.

We are all responsible for each other during our Airsoft events. Operators will be required to observe their surroundings to be fully aware of any immediate dangers at all times.

Operators will be expected to NEVER compromise their own personal safety in order to accomplish any game-related task or objective. Water is also required to be on all operators during Airsoft games.
